Wow…. two entries in one day? Okay, so more social networking site I have found.
Linked In (LinkedIn) allows professionals to network free of charge from their site.
This site claims that;
148,000 executives sign in everyday
23 professionals join every minute
More people have joined LinkedIn than live in Sweden
It allows you to network with similar professionals, market yourself for a new an improved career, and hook up with long lost friends. So, it sounds like Classmates.com, Monster.com, and MySpace.com all rolled into one!
I own a company myself so I decided to give this a try. My company Pic-Pockets specializes in making handbags, custom or retail. I decided that this might help to hook me up with some other entrepreneurs that are either interested in purchasing a product, or, at worst this is free advertising!
I plan to keep a “log” regarding my experience with LinkedIn. Wish me luck, or, check me out and link on! No pun intended!

At the invitation of a colleague, I joined LinkedIn a few weeks ago. I haven’t found it very helpful, but I haven’t spent much time exploring. I’ll be interested in reading about your experience with it.
What do you think of Boots? My father has been to Bogota twice this year on business and has brought my mother some delightful handbags from this store, it beats the absurd Louis V. price by alot!
I think that having a place where to network is increible I’ll be sure to check it out. Do you need to have a company to do it?
I checked out linkedln after I read it on a blog and even signed up for an account. The best part is that a couple of nights ago my husband wanted to show it to me. I told him I already had an account. I know this doesn’t sound like a big deal, but he always knows what comes out before I do when it comes to technology. So I loved that I knew about something before he did.
